We know companies are mindful of how they’re protecting their staff against COVID-19 and looking ahead at how they will operate in a post-pandemic business environment.
The offices in Pacific House offer several benefits in this respect:
- Fresh air ventilation: The building incorporates natural ventilation which draws fresh air from the outside, rather than a system which recirculates air. And our natural ventilation systems are self-contained within each office, so air is not exchanged between units. Fresh air ventilation has been found to have a significant impact in minimising the spread of the virus.
- Generous communal spaces: Pacific House has a wide central atrium, which is also naturally ventilated. This provides plenty of space for social distancing throughout the common parts.
- Easy 24/7 access: We know some companies are operating staggered shifts to reduce the density of employees in their offices. We have electronic systems which enable 24/7 access to facilitate this.
- Flexible leases: We also recognise that the disruption of the pandemic has made it harder for many businesses to forecast future market conditions and predict their growth. So, we’re offering our small and medium offices on flexible leases with rolling three-month notice periods to enable you to expand, contract or leave to suit your changing business needs.
